It Takes A Village
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 PM
May 31-June 28
A yoga class for parents (and maybe grandparents, aunts and uncles) that don't have time during the day, or don't have a baby sitter to introduce their children to yoga. An hour a week to have some much needed yoga, as well as bonding time with the children in your life. It will be an unconventional class taught by Caitlin Smith, chriropractor, massage therapist and yoga teacher. Children are not required, but liking them is a must!
Please sign up with Caitlin to let her know you will attend, and to inform her of the ages of the children that will participate so that she can incorporate age-appropriate poses and activities at casmith0702@gmail.com.
