Dr. Caitlin Smith, chiropractor, massage therapist and seasoned yogi, will be teaching pre-natal yoga.  This is the first time The White Elephant has offered this class, which has been requested by many.  Here it is! The class begins this Friday, March 28th at 6:30 PM.

Stephanie Mithcell is trained in Korean yoga.  She is certified in Body and Brain Yoga, Reiki I and II and Feng Shui.  Stephnie's Life Energy Yoga will be offered on Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM and will begin March 31st.

Elizabeth Day, of Atho, will be teaching Total Body Strength on Mondays from 5:00-6:00 PM beginning April 11.  Elizabeth is part of Quabbin Roots Wellness Retreats at The White Elephant.  Her teaching is upbeat, and incorporates pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
